Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the technician to be on time for her/his next appointment. Please shower before all spa treatments. We care about your good health - Please let your provider know if your have any special physical of medical needs, or are uncomfortable during your treatment for any reason. Keep in mind that many of our treatments are physical in nature, meant to reduce stress, relieve tense muscles and muscle fatigue, stimulate lymphatic drainage of exfoliate your skin. Inappropriate action or language is caused for termination of treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Reservations - We recommend making Spa reservations at least two weeks in advance to assure desired times. We have both male and female providers and you will be booked with either, unless you state a preference. A twenty-four hour cancellation and rescheduling notice is required to avoid being charged the full amount of any treatment, service or package not received.
